Bit of winter inspiration - UCI Track World Cup

Headed up to Lee Valley Velo park (which is an incredible venue in the Olympic Village) with a couple of friends last night to watch the final session of the Track World Cup. The contrast between the sub zero wind chill of outside and the intense warmth within the velodrome was huge.

We were there to see the sprinting, omnium and Keirin - all of which was exhilarating and made me realise just how fast these guys go - the TV just doesn't do it justice. If there's anything you can draw inspiration from it's seeing Laura Trott winning her second gold medal - awesome.

Lets ditch this cold and get some training in!
